1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Sessions on 15th Guest WiFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our WiFi network.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the WiFi network only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the network for any illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Download or share copyrighted material without authorization
• Engage in activities that may interfere with or disrupt the network
• Use excessive bandwidth that may impact other users

3. Network Access

WiFi access is provided as-is for a period of 2 hours. Sessions on 15th reserves the right to:

• Terminate access at any time without notice
• Monitor network usage for security and performance purposes
• Block access to certain websites or services
• Limit bandwidth usage

4. No Warranty

The WiFi network is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Sessions on 15th does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmitted over the network
• Speed or bandwidth availability

5. Limitation of Liability

Sessions on 15th shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the WiFi network, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, or security breaches.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sessions on 15th from any claims arising from your use of the WiFi network.
